How the Wordeex solver works
Type the 16 letters from your Wordeex keyboard into the first box, row by row, and the clues from above the keyboard into the second. When you press Solve, we look at every word that matches each clue and find the set that uses every letter exactly once.
The answer stays hidden until you ask for it. Start with the second letter of each word, reveal one word at a time, or open the full answer.
Wordeex rules in brief
- Every board has 16 letters on a keyboard of three rows.
- Each hidden word has a clue: its first letter and its length. S4 means a 4-letter word starting with S.
- Tap the letters in any order to build a word. Unlike Wend, the letters don't need to touch.
- Every letter is used exactly once, and you can find the words in any order. Used letters fade out, so the board gets easier as you go.
Strategy: how to solve Wordeex yourself
Start with the longest word
The longest clue is usually the hardest to fit, but it also uses the most letters. Once it's found, the shorter words have far fewer letters to choose from. In the tutorial board, finding KITCHEN (K7) leaves only the letters for STOP and BREAD.
Look for rare letters
Letters like K, Z, X and Q can only go in a few places. Work out which word must contain each one and the rest of the board falls into place.
Watch for anagrams
Some words share the same letters, like BREAD and BEARD. Either one clears the same letters from the board, so if your first guess is rejected, try rearranging it before you start over.
Think everyday words
The Wordeex answers we've checked have been familiar words like FACE, PEACE and BROTHER, not obscure Scrabble words. If a word feels unusual, it's probably not the intended one.
Frequently asked
Does this work for every Wordeex board?
Yes, for the Daily puzzle and the Chapters. Type all the letters on the keyboard and every clue shown above it. The clues' lengths must add up to the number of letters, which is 16 on a normal board.
Why did the solver say no words fit?
Usually a letter was missed or typed twice, or a clue was copied wrong. Check the letters row by row against the game and try again.
Could the solver's answer differ from the game's?
Sometimes. Our dictionary includes uncommon words, and some words are anagrams of each other, like BREAD and BEARD. We show the answer made of the most common words first and list any other spellings and answers alongside it.
Is this site part of Wordeex?
